The work was visually poor in tile work. In addition to leaking plumbing behind shower wall and dry rot was found under the new tile he installed over the old tile. I put in a claim with his bond copy; got a small payment and took him to small claims court for the remaining balance that was paid to him. Small claims court judgment in our favor was in Feb.2007. Case number: 06SC07820. Bath was re-done by a general contractor that sub-contracted out for tile work.
