He was very responsive when asked for estimates on laminate installation. In addition to the workplan, he provided a materials list as I opted to obtain the materials. He assisted in materials selection, which was very helpful to get the right things the first time. During the demo stage I decided to replace the toilets which did not add to the cost of his labor. I was so favorably impressed with the quality of workmanship, that I requested an estimate to replace a celing vent fan, and finding it quite reasonable, added it to the overall job. The job spanned 4 days, during which he minimized dust migration beyond the project area and left the jobsite as immaculate as practical.
