Busy Bee Carpet And Tile Care did an excellent job.

The Busy Bee was very responsive and put together a schedule that fit perfectly within our flooring installation plans.  So I now have a beautiful limestone floor with million year fossils rather than a worn banged up travertine.  What a great outcome. 

Busy Bee came out and did an outstanding job on my carpets They look amazing and are over ten years old. He was also very knowledgeable about stone & tile care and gave me great info about keeping my new granite countertops protected and looking great and told me where to get the best products to do this. We have mostly tile in our home which I love except cleaning the grout. While he was here, I got a price for cleaning all the tile and sealing it and can't wait to have him back to see what magic he can work on the tile! Outstanding business!

Arrived on time on the day of the job.  Taped up transitions to wood floors for protection and got started right away.  The tile looked great when the job was completed.  He went through how bad some of the grout actually was and recommended not sealing it as that would be a wasted expense as we will replace in the near future.  I would use again and recommend them in the future.  I will assume their carpet cleaning is at the same level of quality.  We will probably use them for that too.  

Bill was on time, very courteous and they did an outstanding job in the expected time frame.

Service was excellent.  I received a quote on cleaning the carpets in 5 rooms and we scheduled a time that worked for both of us.  Busy Bee arrived on time and immediately began cleaning.  I had a couple of old stains that I knew weren't going to come up, but Bill asked about them and treated them, explaining to me what he was doing to try to lighten them.  He finished in a few hours and the carpet looked great!  He did an excellent job of removing the water and the carpet dried by the end of the day.  I would definitely call this company again for carpet service.  Very friendly and professional.

Bill was great to work with. He was courteous, friendly and on time to meet for an estimate and to perform the job. My whole house (including family room) has ceramic tile and I wanted a professional to seal all the grout. He performed a light acid wash throughout my whole house  to properly prep the tile before sealing the grout. (I received an estimate from another company and they never even mentioned doing the acid wash prep). He was also very helpful to offer advice regarding proper cleaners and care for my ceramic tile. He uses very good quality Aquamix sealers. I'll definitely call Busy Bee again if I need tile or carpet cleaning.

This worked out quite well.  I received an estimate the day I called and work commenced the next day and was completed the day after (had to wait for grout to dry before applying sealant). The service was prompt, punctual, thorough and friendly. Everything looks great!  Highly recommended.

They did a great job. They were prompt. There were some stains and tried to match the color. They did the best what they could do then. The carpet was in bad shape; so they definitely improve them. They were pretty expensive compare to other companies.

Bill was prompt, courteous, and the price was good.
