Overall I was very pleased. The inspector arrived a few minutes early and was very friendly. He explained to me exactly what he would be inspecting and what different tools/techniques would be used (primarily air samples). Both the exterior and interior of the house was inspected. As he went through the house, he pointed out many small areas to watch out for, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. At the end, he concluded that there was no mold problem to be concerned with and that no further action was recommended.
