I purchased pest control service from Advanced Pest Control in Sacramento California.  I paid for this service for more than one year  to address pest control in my restaurant.  When I opened my restaurant in a strip mall 4 years ago I did not have any issues with pest.  In June of last year (2012), I noticed two small bugs in the dining room of my restaurant.  The next day I contacted Dave (the owner) at Advanced Pest Control.  On June 25th of 2012 I entered into verbal and email communication with Dave after I contact Advanced Pest Control concerned about me finding two live pest in my restaurant.  I hired APC immediately and  made an appointment for the very next day. 
Over the entire year I continued to inform APC via, email, voicemail and live conversations of my continuing issue with pest.  Dave, the owner blamed the weather, time of year and at times even the chef.  On May 17th 2013 I sent an email again complaining about a clearly escalating pest problem.  During the last week of June 2013, first week of July 2013; I contacted APC asking for emergency services that APC offer its customers as per our signed contract.  Dave?s response was that he was going on vacation with his family.  I then asked for Dave to send out one of his staff or whoever was covering his customers.  Dave stated he was on a job and would call me back.  I never received a call back from Dave.  I then sent an email asking for a detailed written accounting of all of APC visits to my place of business.  One July 2nd,  Dave sent a single invoice to my  business email dated 06/26/2013 and wrote that the invoice was to ?show length of service.? 
On Wednesday July 3th 2013 after Dave made a business decision NOT to make an emergency visit as per my request and as per my purchased contract.  A second nationally recognized pest company came to my place of business to evaluate my pest problem.  This new company ask to see my service book that would detail the type of chemicals and action plan that the former vendor (Dave at Advanced Pest Control) used to address the problem.  They said that they needed that to see what kind of chemicals APC used and how far he went to address the issue,  I had no clue of what they were talking about because Dave never provided such a book (binder).  The account manager from the new company gave the technician a strange look and then announce that there were going to start from scratch!   They spent an hour or two mapping out my businesses lay out and then provided detailed documentation of my problem as well as full 8x11 sheet report and instructions for me and my staff.
Said, company began emergency services on Friday July 5th 2013.  On July 7th 2013, I received an email from Dave the
owner of Advance Pest Control (APC) requesting to come by on a Tuesday at 9:00am to address my escalating problem.  I responded to Dave on July 8th in writing that Sabaidee Thai Grille would no longer be using their services. On Tuesday July 30th 2013, I had an independent commercial building inspector as well as the building owner inspect my unit.  The findings
were 100% total eradication at an additional cost of $847 dollars.   So I paid Dave at Advanced Pest Control several thousand dollars to place "sugar, bait that I'm told attracts roaches, ants and other bugs into my place of business for more than a year!  NO wonder the problem get getting worse!  BEWARE OF DAVE AND ADVANCED PEST CONTROL!!!!!  I HAVE MOST CERTAINLY FILLED A COMPLAINT AT THE BBB!
