Quickdry came out initially to give me a quote for the job. Unlike the other companies I called for quotes, Roger did not just shine a flashlight under the house, he got suited up and crawled under the house to give me an accurate account of the damage. He said that the leak was over 80 square feet and there were maggots and sewer flies as the leak was coming from the dishwasher and kitchen pipe.
He quoted me $500 for the job which was a quarter of what other companies told me. I am usually nervous of going with the lowest quote but I can't afford to be so picky these days. He gave a long and lengthy quote outlining every aspect of the job.Roger came back two days later, on time and was incredibly professional throughout the job. He took three hours to clean up as he told me and did a great job cleaning up after himself.
The next day the plumbers came out to fix the pipe and told me how impressed with how well the leak was cleaned up and were appreciative of the plastic that Roger laid down for them.
