Owner Dale Anderson was a pleasure to talk to about my plumbing needs. I found him very honest and very professional. I set up an appointment, and everything there after was a great experience. Carlos was here on time and was extremely professional and proficient, along with being a very personable person. All work was done with pride and customer inter action and service was 5 STAR ! Dale and Carlos at Water Heaters Plus will be the only one I will call for any of my future plumbing needs.

Very professional, polite, punctual, and competent. And I thought price was fair, especially since Dale came out early Sunday morning, and he brought everything up to current code. This is a small company, so I thought responsiveness was good (people have to realize that small, owner-operated companies may not always be able to answer and respond to calls/messages as rapidly as a large company). I’ve dealt with large plumbing companies before, and I’d rather deal with a company like Waterheaters Plus. I would definitely hire this company for other jobs.

Installation of the new water heater went extremely well. The installer was very professional and friendly, and very competent. Equally important is that he responded quickly on a Saturday, and solved my "no hot water" problem. I strongly recommend this company.

Dale was the first to respond to our request for the repair. He was quick and professional. We would definitely call again.

Very well. Dale was very polite and professional. Although he did not do any actual repairs or installation, he did provide me with information in regards to why I might need an expansion tank on my water heater. I asked how much he could install one for me, and he gave me an estimate, but then went on to say that I might be able to just do it myself, then Dale took me to his truck and proceeded to show me the parts I'll need and even how to connect them to the tank and water heater. Afterwards, I asked him how much I owed him, and he said zero, he said he really didn't do anything. Very happy with Dale, and would call him for future plumbing needs.

Called and left message, not even a courtesy phone call back. Guess they don't want business - look elsewhere!

Awesome. I stayed home from work to have this done. Had an appointment with another company who let me down last minute. Company coming next day and no hot water I was frantic. Needed this done ASAP that same day. Called Dale and he was very helpful and accommodating. Came out a few hours later. Removed old water heater, repaired the damaged deck underneath, changed out the valves and reinstalled the new heater all in about an hour. Gave me tips on properly using and caring for the heater, Plus he was more affordable than the previous company that let me down. Can not recommend him enough!!!.

I called Dale  and left a message Friday afternoon, Sept. 18th, regarding the installation of a reverse osmosis filter system.  I explained that we wanted the unit installed as soon as possible. I left my name and phone number. It's five days later and no call back.  Very disappointing....

Dale came by the first time to provide an estimate and do some smaller jobs such a fixing a toilet and a sink.  He then came out the second time for new water heater installation.  Everything was exactly we expected. We liked his work so much we kept finding other plumbing tasks around the house we wanted him to do for us.  Dale's work is done expertly, he is punctual, he communicates well, he is extremely pleasant, and easy to do business with.  Using Dale was a no-brainer for us.

Dale is always reasonably priced and very helpful. He's one the guys you can trust.

It was very good. I called him for a pretty immediate job. I wanted to know if he could come in immediately so he ended up being able to come in the next day. He quoted me a pretty reasonable price. He went ahead and did it. It took him less than 3 hours. He was in and out. He took all the old toilets with him. I was very pleased. He was pretty quick, knowledgeable, and responsive. He cleaned up well. He seems a little bit cheaper than the others do.

He is such a good guy and local to the area. He is extremely responsive and prompt for appointments. His prices are reasonable.  He came the same day I called and he easy to do business.

Responded to my week-end phone call and arrived within 2 hours to fix problem very quickly.

Everything went well.  The plumber did a thorough inspection and was very professional during our interactions.

I called Mr. Anderson around 12:30 on Saturday after finding my bathroom floor flooded. He told me he was booked up for the day but would be out after finishing to diagnose the problem. He got here around 6:30 and quickly determined the leak was in the wall behind the shower. Since he didn't have his truck with him he couldn't fix it right then but said he would be back at 8 am on Sunday to make the repair. In the meantime he recommended a flood control company who were able to start drying everything out that night. Mr. Anderson was back at my house at 8 am Sunday morning and had repaired the pipe and the water back on by 9 am. He was always polite and professional -- and helped me round up my cat when he ran out the front door. I would definitely use him again.

, Mr. Anderson and I had problems connecting to do the job because  my work schedule was alway changing. He stayed with me to get the job done in spite of my unpredictable work schedule. He came to my home on July 11, 2013 clean, professional, accessed the situation with my needs and completed them in short order. He provided me with a work order sheet cost and accepted full payment without hesitation.  He went to his truck, after finding the leak in the sink. drew my attention to it and brought in a piece of equipment to take care of the problem.  It did. His price was very reasonable. This was not the first time I had a plumber on to fix the excessive running of toilets in the bathrooms  He came in short order and completed the job within an hour. He is now the plumber I will call for my for any of my plumbing needs. He did an outstanding job.
