Abad inspected our panel and wiring to the water heater. He noticed some unpermitted connections leftover from the previous owners and went ahead and fixed them. He was also able to identify that the issue was with the water heater itself and that I should contact GE since it was still under warranty. He also replaced the broken breaker due to my repeatedly switching in on/off. He was very punctual, professional, knowledgeable and willing to really look at things thoroughly. He did charge $135 for the first hour and $75 after for every hour after, which I'm trying to get GE to reimburse. Luckily he had the breaker we needed, too. Overall, I would call Abad again since he is very responsive and knowledgable.
