HE WAS AN EXPERT. ALL THINGS REGARDING THE HOME AND THE OPERATING SYSTEMS, A/C HEATING, ELECTRICITY..HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN THE PROCESS. PAID MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL THAN ANYONE I HAVE EVER SEEN. HE PREPARED A COMPLETE WRITTEN REPORT INCLUDING ANY PROBLEM AREAS AS WELL AS PHOTOS. HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD AND PROMPTED ME WITH INFORMATION THAT WAS IMPORTANT THAT I DIDN'T EVEN THINK TO ASK ABOUT. IN THE WRITTEN REVIEW IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT DURING THE INSPECTION AND HE WILL GIVE A FULL A EXPLANATION OF THE REPORT OVER THE PHONE BY SIMPLY CALLING THE OFFICE. HIS PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE. IT WAS A LOT LOWER THAN I EXPECTED, ESPECIALLY FOR THE AMOUNT OF SERVICE AND THE DETAILS PROVIDED.
