THE TIDY GARAGE

I called and a man came that weekend at 8:00 a.m. He was wonderful. I am from a farm, so figuring out storage in a small garage with no rafters kinda stumped me. He was wonderful. He put an overhead "cage" up and then suggested a pulley system so that we could get our two-man kayak up and off the ground and not use up any precious "cage" space. Just marvelous. He got the work done quickly and was awfully nice. I would recommend him to everyone. Just lovely service.

The process was excellent from start to finish. After leaving a voice message, I was quickly contacted by Mike. Mike came out to the house within a couple days. He helped me plan out the overhead rack scheme and offered what turned out to be the best price. (After receiving his bid, I sought bids from two companies that would only come out if I agreed to have them do the work - both of the other bids were significantly higher than Mike's.) Mike was punctual and very innovative. One company that I spoke with was quite limited in the sizes of racks that they could install. The Tidy Garage has an extensive line of rack sizes and Mike customized the installation for what was a rather complex job. After the installation, Mike completely cleaned up the site - all that was left was the installed racks. Mike gave me a discount due to the large size order and when it came time to pay, the amount he quoted is exactly what I saw on the bill - no surprise extra charges. Even though there were some unanticipated challenges due to the location of the garage door railings, Mike handled these with patient, competent persistence and as mentioned, he did not charge more than his original bid even though it took longer than he had expected. My experience with this vendor was outstanding. Mike displayed the level of personal integrity I look for and I would not hesitate to have him do additional work for me. I would recommend the Tidy Garage without reservation for anyone wishing to have storage solutions implemented.

Mike & his wife were prompt to reply to emails and he showed up on time to give me an estimate. He also showed up promptly at the specified time 2 days later to install the 2 racks. I would certainly recommend him and this product as a means to clean up your garage. These tuffracks are great. They are pretty burly, come with a variety of options for layout & accessories, and they can hold up to 600 pounds. I installed these racks myself at a previous home we had but in this case, they don't charge much to put them in so I just opted to have mike do it.
