They do a pretty good job. The pricing is very reasonable. They are responsive. I had a interesting situation with a leaking toilet and the younger brother came to fix it and did everything he could. It stopped leaking and I paid him. Then it started leaking again after he was gone. The older brother came back and found the floor was not level. Took the toilet out and put in shams to level the floor and didn’t charge me since the unlevel floor issue was not originally diagnosed; it wasn’t fixed right the first time. Their honesty is why I am a loyal customer. They provide great service.
