As a valued customer you will not be handed off to an employee that is only there to collect a check. In 99% of the jobs I am personally performing the trades myself so you can be assured that they will be completed corectly the first time. I am available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year for any emergency you might have from a small plumbing issue to a total remodel.
