You came in and replaced with needed to be replaced. Was very thorough and knowledgeable. The only reason he's not getting five stars is because he volunteered to do one more service which he never did follow up on.

Marc was great. He responded to my project quote request within minutes. I sent pictures of my electrical panel at 8:30pm. Then set up an appointment for an EV outlet installation at 7am the next morning. He was prompt. Great guy, meticulous work. I highly recommend him for any electrical work you have. We will use him again.

Mark was great. On time, insightful and efficient. He diagnosed an electrical problem I have had for years and at least two other electricians were unable to troubleshoot. Mark diagnosed the issue and repaired the issue. I would recommend him without any reservations.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I called out Marc because we needed the power back on at our property located in Lake Elsinore. He came out right away and told me he would take the job and have the power back on within two weeks. This was the only reason I hired him because he assured me he could get the power back on. Throughout the process Marc started out professional but it took a turn real quickly. I have a business and am extremely busy so I hired a licensed electrician to handle the job start to finish. He got me involved multiple times. I ended up going down to the city because Marcâ s drawings were not approved and he â didnâ t feel comfortable pulling the permit for usâ his words not mine because some issues of non permitted items that were there before we bought the house. We set up an city inspection and Marc was on vacation. He did not show up to his own inspection and he also did not pass. He was yelling at the inspector over the phone about how he was wrong about everything he was saying. The city inspector told me heâ s going to make this harder for me now because he yelled at him and put him down as a person. Before the inspection took place I had to tell him the new codes for 2024 that he was not aware of, he did not listen to me so the inspection was a fail. I had to hire my own employee to install a part that was required that I knew about that Marc said he never installs in new panel upgrades in San Diego and didnâ t think it was needed. When it was indeed needed and I wanted to pass but it did not pass anyway as other items like 2 grounding bars were not installed by Marc even thought the city asked him to install it. I ended up paying my employee and also paid for some materials. I also paid around 400 dollars for the permit which he put in his estimate bill that he was paying for. And he never took it off the bill. Marc is comfortable having us pay for items that he was responsible for, his customers pull the permit for him, draw the site plans, call the inspection number to create appointments and wants to bill for it like he did it on his own. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know. I believe he cares most about being right and if thatâ s the contractor you want to work with go ahead. Marc told us it would be thousands of dollars for materials when the normal cost for a new panel is between 2,000 and 3,000 dollars. So when he charged us $9,400 we felt like we were completely taken advantage of. This company and Marc in specific are very dishonest. I feel as though I should be receiving a refund check from him for all the work that I did for this project. My wife called him on the phone telling him all of this and he just barked at her over the phone and demanded the money and then threatened us with a lien on our house. We paid him thousands of dollars more then a normal panel upgrade is even worth. We asked him to waive the last 20 percent of his bill because of the items above that happened and he lost it over the phone. We were willingly to work something out but he gave us no choice but to write this bad review and save the next person from receiving service from Losacco Electric.

New to the Temecula area and needed a quality electrician to help with my EV charger needs. Losacco quickly responded and came to the house the next day with an affordable quote. Very professional and efficient, thanks again Losacco!

Marc and his team did a fantastic job installing new circuits in my office as well as pre-wiring for some fans in my kids room. Was very happy with the result and they were very professional and nice!

I have called Losacco, for two jobs now. The first, back in July, Marc installed a new 50A 240V service to the electric stove replacing my old propane cooktop. That job went great: 1 day, in and out. Very cool! The second time: today, we called him because most of the lights in the house were flickering and sometimes shutting off. He diagnosed the issue as the A phase in my breaker box was dropping out. He called SDG&E and told them to check the line. Turns out, the transformer on the pole nearest me was outputting a fluctuating voltage. SDG&E swapped the transformer, and I don't have to replace anything. Total Win! I highly recommend Marc Losacco and Losacco Electric! Be sure to compliment him on his work van. He's quite proud of it.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Marc's work is excellent and he is incredibly professional. After getting an absurd quote from some bozo who tried to pull one over on me, Marc stepped in and gave me an honest quote with great recommendations. I am super busy and work long hours, so Marc offered to meet me bright and early in the morning to do a quick walk through. I left him alone to do the work and when I got home from the office my place was 110%!! He finished the entire project - canned lights in my bedroom, living room and kitchen in one day! His put in dimmer switches and even got me a remote control for the dimmer lights in my bedroom - super nice!
