We left a drawing of what we wanted at the shop. After reviewing it, the owner called to ask some questions to make sure he understood what we wanted and to suggest some fine-tuning of the design. He also suggested how to save some money by taking it ourselves to a powder-coating company (and we were pleased with the work of the company he recommended). His production schedule was reasonable, he finished on time, and the table looks and functions great.
