+ -1 moreThe company did not send a confirmation of my email order, leaving me to believe that it had not been received. Many weeks later, a charge showed up on my credit card. I did not receive notification of shipping, but then the plants arrived. By that time, I had begun growing my own herbs from seed. I sent the plants back, but have not received a refund. I changed my mind and decided to accept the plants, but never did. So I am out $42. I have never dealt with a web company that provided such terrible service. The only communication I received from them was when I returned the plants. Then, and only then, I got an email.
Description of Work: Mailed herbs.
