All went exceptionally well. We have no complaints with any of his work. He is an exceptional contractor, carpenter, electrician, plumber, and painter.

Overall, Dean is an honest, good guy to work with. He showed up with his help and worked hard at the tasks mentioned above.
The floor work turned out well. The demo work also went well.
The framing and drywall work were not exactly what we wanted. Not awful, but not too pretty.
Dean is capable of doing good work with clear and consistent direction. You will need to decide if you can provide enough of that quantity to get the results you want.
