Bob is a true craftsman and our new staircase reflects that. He works long and hard, getting each detail right. He came two or three times before he even started, just getting exact measurements. He fabricated most of the work at his own shop and he and his worker Carlos meticulously put it all together here in our home. He somehow managed to stain the maple of the stairs to mimic not just the same shade, but the same pattern as the acacia of our new floors. As a bonus, he is one of the most personable guys we've ever had work for us, and Carlos was great to have around as well. And the price was so reasonable! We'd hire Bob back again in a heartbeat, and recommend him without reservation.
