The main contractor farmed out work to his son, who did a sloppy job, and spent a ton of time talking on his cell phone, smoking outside the house, and leaving his cigarette butts there. The interior of the cabinets was melamine board; we were not asked if we would have preferred wood. We were also not given the option to have wood lattice in windows; instead they installed plastic lattice. Basically, they took five months on a job that should have taken two months. During the last few months of the job we were no longer a priority, and the ''main contractor'' was very evasive, leaving work undone for weeks and not returning phone calls. When my husband confronted him about the shoddy paint job and other details, he became defensive. We chose all of the materials and are happy with the way the rooms look, but this company was a disappointment overall.
