Ben Lypps is a painting contractor of the highest quality.
Prior to giving a quote he performed an extensive inspection and wrote a comprehensive contract that he
very diligently observed. He was extremely thorough and performed prep work way
beyond my expectation. Ben did the work "right" and took no short
cuts even though it cost him added time and effort (e.g., he had to deal with
rain delays, measured the moisture content of the wood, and would not paint it
if it exceeded certain limits). Ben is very detailed oriented to the point of
being a perfectionist. He was always punctual and did an excellent job of
communicating progress daily. He is personable and patiently answers questions
and concerns. I could not ask for a better job and Ben Lypps receives my very
highest recommendation.
