I just really like Dr. Jones and his staff.  They have always been really caring for the animals and they are real good with people.  I had a vet before who is excellent with animals but he did not have that bedside manner that I liked.  Dr. Jones is very good at suggesting affordable type of solutions for ordinary things that; for instance he recommended anesthesis which originally I guess was tested for dogs. I have a maltese that have dry eyes and so I mentioned that to him and he said that a lot of vets used medicines that are for people on dogs.  He just thinks outside of the box sometimes.

Dr. Jones, the veterinarian, was fabulous. His staff was very caring and very nice. They helped me through a very difficult situation. He was great. He is very thorough. He gets me involved in the process so if there is something wrong or something that he can show me. He goes above and beyond for me to understand the diagnosis. For instance the cat that I had to put down was diagnosed with cancer and he wanted me to see it. He showed me the picture of the sonogram but then took the time to actually pull the machine into the room and show me live. I have another cat that I took in because she has a thyroid problem. He examined her and had me come and put my finger on the thyroid gland so I could feel that it was out of whack. He takes time with me and he wants me to understand. He tells me the truth. They are great. He is my vet for life.

When it comes to health matters I am more interested in technical skills, and Dr. Jones at the hospital is highly skilled. He shows great interest, is very straight forward, and is easy to deal with. The others who work there are easy to deal with as well.
