They're really good. I use them every 6 months. I have called them before for an emergency maintenance and he was out here instantly and took care of it. When he's here, he's punctual and professional. That's the reason I keep using him. He's very good, he knows what he's doing him. I would recommend him to anybody.

Steve did a wonderful job. When he came in to do the repairs, I was at the hospital with my husband at the time, so he came in, fixed the air conditioning, left me a bill and I had no problems paying him. When I got home from the hospital, everything was working. He is awesome. I would give him an AAA plus, if I could. His price is average; it is not extraordinarily expensive; it is reasonable. He works with me on the price and it is pretty fair. To me, his quality of work is just awesome. He is very responsive usually but sometimes he is a little slow in showing up when he is bogged down with emergencies. Especially with older people, he is very conscious of the fact that he doesn't want them to be over heated or anything, so he always tries to do whatever he can to be very fair with them, and take care of them. Steve is very professional.
