WILLIAM FORD PLUMBING WAS VERY SLOW TO GET THE WORK DONE, BUT WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT FIXING THE GARBAGE DISPOSER. HE WAS POLITE AND FRIENDLY.
