The guys at Top Quality Painting did an awesome job. We got 5 quotes for the job, and Top Quality gave us the best price - and they were also highly rated on Angie's List, so we went with them. It turned out to be a great decision! Nathan came over and personally put the samples up on our wall (twice, because we changed our mind) before the work started. The guys showed up on time every day, protected all of our furniture and brand new floor, and got done AHEAD of schedule! We have absolutely no complaints. We would most definitely hire them again and recommend them.

3 day process - very thorough and came out great.

Nathan was clear and forthright in his estimates. The crew was polite and congenial. They arrived and went directly to work. The job was actually completed on Christmas Eve as their compressor broke a couple of days before.I appreciated that they would take time on a holiday to come and finish the job. Nathan promises a 10 year guarantee on the workmanship, so when the garage door showed signs of the paint and quot;collapsingand quot; on itself and bubbling or wrinkling, I called him. It took awhile for him to respond to me, but when he did, he acknowledged the problem, and explained they had used a different product than the one they normally use. He advised he would come by and look at the job, then fix it. When several weeks had passed, and he had not showed up, I placed another call to him. He said he was waiting for the company rep to come respond, and as soon as that happened, he would immediately schedule a re-do. That email was received on 4/17/2014. I have not heard from him since. I'm writing this on 5/5/2014.
The bottom line for this review is that the quality of the work is great overall, but there seems to be a lag in response to communication.

They were very prompt and punctual and were able to squeeze our job in on a very tight timeline. When the owner, Nathan, was there, he worked hard and did a great job. The quality of work on the inside and outside was excellent. The bad part was the prep work that was done. Unfortunately, after they prepped the outside of the house by scraping off the old paint, they left a very large amount of paint chips all around the house, garage and storage building (even after we repeatedly asked for them to be cleaned up).

He arrived when promised, and his crew was very professional. They were clearly skilled and experienced. We needed a few atypical extra things done, and these needs were taken care of with no problems. We even changed our minds about the gutter color after the work was done, and he repainted them for a very minimal additional charge. They were neat, clean, and very pleasant to work with. We would enthusiastically hire him again. He was the exact opposite of a used car salesman!

They came as scheduled, were polite, and were neat in protecting nearby surfaces and in their cleanup. It took longer than expected but stayed with their estimate of cost. I will probably use them again.
