He replaced (Patrick) the master bedroom window and a sliding glass door because of water leakage. He wanted me to include it in the price to paint the new stucco, I decided to have someone else paint. About a year and ½ (21) I noticed the water was dripping back in the house in the same areas and I called him, and he stated that it is because stucco was not painted and sealed. I had someone paint. Around March 2023 with heavy rains, water was pouring in. Hired someone else to perform a forensic cause of the damage and it was because of his incompetent work and I have pictures to show that there had been serious dry rot that could not have happened in a month or two, but probably have been leaking for the last two years after completion of his work. I contacted him with the pictures, and he did not comment on the pictures and my damage and the cause and told me GOOD LUCK!" "Beware”
