Service Person was great . Required second visit to install ordered part. I have used Sears Service before and recommend them.

it didn't......I arranged my schedule to be home between appt hours of 3-5 and then adjusted my schedule again to be available from 5:15 to 7:15. No one showed up or called or texted.

I reset the filter and have not yet had to replace it. The appliance is 1 year old and this would be the second filter I would have replaced. The first filter was probably good and I never knew it. Thanks to Larry (I think that was his name) I know don't have to worry and I can get the most out of my filters before discarding them.
