On Christmas! We waited to the next day and called Roto Rooter out. They did a great job though it was really difficult to reverse the damage my brother had wrought. They were friendly, responsive, knowledgeable and fair.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WHEN THEY FOUND OUT THAT THE PIPE WAS FLOODING MY BASEMENT, THEY CAME OUT THAT DAY. THEY WERE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT WE WORKED OUT A PAYMENT PLAN.

THEY SEEMED TO BE A GOOD AND CARING COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THE JOB WAS DONE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEY DID WONDERFUL WORK ONCE THEY GOT STARTED ON IT. IT TOOK HIM THREE HOURS TO FIND OUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. THEN HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE STORE AND BUY A CHEMICAL THAT BREAKS UP SOAP SCUM IN MY PIPES. THE CHEMICAL WAS THE EXPENSIVE PART.
