Rolando Bay Area

They did an amazing job on a property that had been neglected for some time! I hired them on faith, not knowing much about them, to mow, edge, weed eat, clean out flower beds and haul away debris. They were reasonable and got the job done soon after I contacted them. They were very thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

Rolando Bay Area is great to work with. We had quite a bit of overgrowth in our backyard, but Rolando and his assistant had everything taken care of in a couple of hours. Our yard is now accessible for our dogs and the front yard looks great again. We now have a yard that we can keep up with and maintain. We will be working with Rolando Bay Area again in the future.

Rolando and his team were courteous and respectful. They worked efficiently, quickly and quietly. They did an excellent job in trimming very tall oleander shrubs down to just above the 6 foot fence. They did an awesome job clearing away not only the cut stalks and thick trunks but cleared up any debris that they saw. The cost for the work they performed was very reasonable. I would use Rolando and his team again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Job was done efficiently and one time. I am extremely satisfied with job done by Rolando and his crew. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

They went the extra mile. On time and worked hard until the work was done. They even dug up a dead tree for us and organized miscellaneous items in the yard. I hope to use their services again.

They are dependable I have lived in Vacaville for 4. years and I have gone through three gardeners. They were not dependable . Sometimes they would go a whole month without even showing up or calling. Rolando bay area is not that way they are very dependable I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for any type of yardwork or landscaping work.

I usually do not rate or write about businesses. However, I have to write about this Rolando Bay Area. I have went through many different Gardeners and none be close to Rolando and his team in gardening. They are knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and honest. They know their gardening very well. They are friendly, problem solvers, and good listener. I am glad to have found him and I trust and feel safe to have Rolando taking care of my gardening needs. He gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend Rolando Bay Area.

Rolando is old school he takes pride in my yards and visits them personally if something needs done I get a text right away and he is always willing to do anything required. Highly recommended.

If it were possible to give Rolando negative stars I would. He is unprofessional, does not provide the service he promises, and he has no sense of customer service. I hired his company to maintain my yard and move plants from back to front. When I hired him I asked him to let me know when he would be coming out because I have a large dog. The first time he came out he did half of the work I asked for and he promised to come back and finish on monday. He did not show up Monday as promised. Rather he came on Wednesday when I was not home. No call letting me know he was coming. When he moved the plants he put them in the wrong place making my front yard look terrible. When I contacted him about it he never offered to do it correctly, didnt take any accountability, and then said I was pulling a fast one on him and hung up in my face. Additionally when he came out to give me an estimate I showed him everything we wanted done in the yard. Told him we need more than just mow and blow. They came out and just mowed and blowed. No weeds done, no trimming of my shrubs, etc None of the things he promised did he ever do. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs. He is shady, lacks customer service, and does not provide any resemblance of good work.

I needed a lawn and landscaping service to fix the neglect my former gardener did in preparation for selling our house. Rolando s team was able to make our front and rear yard green and healthy. A week before the house was to go on sale a sprinkler pipe broke which caused a trench to be dug to fix it. Rolando was able to get it fix, add sod, and make it look like nothing happened. Rolando is polite, professional, honest, and fair. I would recommend his team for any proportional service.
