Not satisfactory by anymeasn had to come back a another day to finish some thing that was not clean like a whole bathroom. She did help out small amount but not the type of service I would use again. 400$ is a lot. For 3 bath room an 3 bed rooms. Did not really clean out the window track and to remind her to wipe the windows. A pretty fast talker for the most part not a detailed cleaner for a deep cleaning job for the upcoming season.

She was available at the last minute. I will rehire her again. I do not like the tile Maid service. She is a professional housekeeper. I have recommended her to my friends and family. Rochelle keep up the good work.

Richelle is the type of cleaner that works hard and will adjust her work routine to meet your needs. I have a full house with my 11 y/o son being the ultimate helper. They chatted and cleaned together side by side. She puts in the time and she leaves the house spic and spanned and PROPERLY sanitized. She is friendly and not a bit defensive. Sheâ s not cheap but you get what you pay for. I have no doubt we will be seeing her again.

I felt she did not have eyes on detail and I think the longer she was here the more she was ready to leave rather than do her job. She cleaned my kitchen but never cleaned the stove. Overall, I am disappointed in the service.

I did not mind that she did not wear her mask while she was cleaning but when she came near me she should have put it on especially when the Coronavirus is so dangerous especially for people with compromised immune systems like myself. She kept stating she was going to do a double scrub and that other companies do not do as good a job as she does, and she was sure I would not be happy if I hired somebody else. She charged me $250 to clean 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen and did not do a good job in any of the rooms. In the master bathroom: mildew still on walls and on the ledge of shower/tub, spiderwebs still behind the door of the toilet and above the bathroom entrance, garbage in the bathroom not emptied, toothpaste spittle on the faucet, vents and blinds still full of dust. Second bathroom: shower left dripping and made the floor all wet without being wiped up, spider webs hanging in corner of the ceiling, pee drips still on the floor in front of the toilet, and the shower track not cleaned. Downstairs half bathroom: cobweb still in the corner, sand on the floor and toilet dirty, soap dish not cleaned and the light switch and the wall still have dirty fingerprints. Kitchen: oven not done, stovetop not done, counters after seeing her wipe them down still had crumbs all over them, kitchen cabinets and walls not wiped, window not cleaned. None of the baseboards in any of the rooms were cleaned. I should have checked her work before she left, but she said she was in a hurry for another job, she seemed nice enough while talking to her I did not think I would have to double-check her work. I guess I learned my lesson. As you can tell I am not happy nor will I ever hire her again. I was hoping to find somebody to come once a month but after this experience, I do not think I would be using Home Advisor again for any of my home projects.

Richelle is wonderful to work with. She has the knowledge of cleaning from the hotel industry standard which I really appreciate as she cleans my vacation rental. She also is available and incredibly responsive whenever I need her even at the last minute!

Richelle was very punctual and engaging. She dealt with the delicate task of interacting with two hard of hearing elderly clients who did not speak English well. They were very happy with how she was able to accommodate their concerns and do a good job cleaning. They have hired her for ongoing service.

Richelle is a lovely person to have in your home and she works very hard and very fast. She brings everything she needs and gets going the minute she arrives. I enjoyed having her and especially seeing the results of her work. Fantastic! She will be my go to person for here on out.

Lovely lady! She is a Janitor, not a house cleaner. My oak floors have big smudges. I asked her to use Mop & Glo & she insisted she use Bona, shine lasted less than a week. I believe she is honest but she did drop a handmade treasure & broke it. I took most of my treasures away & forgot that piece. It was a gift.

She saved me from hating my kids! Richelles is very fast. She came with just a 2-day notice. I hired her cause I could not get my kids to clean and it would have taken me all day! 2.5 hours and I can love my kids again... in a clean house! She does everything. Under couches, ceiling fans, windows... she worked around my kids. I will definitely use her again!
