Pearsons made the house call the same day it was made. A technician arrived about 3 hours later with all the necessary parts for the particular problem. The work took approximately one hour, and the mess was cleaned up, and all defective parts removed. He did a good job, and I was happy they had everything they needed the first time they showed up.

The icemaker wasn't working so I called Pearsons and they came out. I opened the door and the guy was real nice from the very beginning. They replaced the icemaker and it was covered with a warranty, so that didn't cost me anything. He was able to fix it. It was a good job and I'd recommend them.
