It went great. Norm came in with the lowest estimate of all shops I called and once the parts were in (needed special order due to the make of my car), the repairs were completed quickly. The one thing I really appreciate about this experience is that when you get a "check engine" light on, it is open season on car owners and a less-than-honest shop could tell you all kinds of things are wrong and end up charging you tons of money to fix the repair. In my case, the alert was due to the seal on my gas cap - ended up only costing $20 or so to fix that issue. I really appreciate the honesty I get when having my car serviced here. It is the reason I keep returning, not to mention the really fair prices. You should definitely consider this shop for your auto repair needs.
