+ -1 moreI needed to replace my shingle roof; the guys came out tore off the old roof and put on the new shingles. They did have an accident and punched a hole through the roof of the upstairs bedroom, but they repaired it so you couldn t even tell. They cleaned up all the mess and the roof looks great.
Description of Work: Removed the existing layers of shingles, installed roof sheating, and ELK Prestique 30 year shingles over 15lb felt. Installed new pipe flashings and fireplace flashings and paint to match new roof, installed new step flashings and redwood counter flashings at walls. Installed high profile ridge caps and coravent ridge vent, installed 2" metal nosing on perimeter edges and hauled all roof debris away.
