INTEGRITY PLUMBING

Original call went okay back on 2/13/20, and Dave replaced faucet with a new one. I called him on 9/20/20, 9/21, and 9/22 and left messages all three times that the same location appears to have a leaky kitchen faucet again. He ignored all messages and never responded. I had to call another plumber to fix the problem which should have been a warranty call by Dave and Integrity Plumbing. I then left a message that I had the faulty Moen faucet and needed to exchange it, and low and behold he gets back to me right away and tells me to contact Moen for the exchange. Where were you for the warranty call?

David came out to give me an estimate right away. He was to my house within the hour. He came back a few hours later to do the job and it was fixed in no time. Great service will definitely call him again.

I called Dave and another plumber for a bid to replace a garbage disposal and faucet. The other plumber wanted $49 just to come look. Dave gave a bid free of charge. We contracted for him to do the work on a Friday. When he had a cancellation, he called and came by to see if we could / wanted the work done sooner. He did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond and wouldn't take more than he had bid the job for. The attention to detail is outstanding. We will definitely hire him for fturer plumbing needs.

They were very good. They were professional and explained everything they did as they did it. They were prompt, informative and did a great job. I have a custom home and they adjusted water pressure throughout the levels.

I was referred to Integrity Plumbing by a friend and confirmed his recommendation on Angie's List. I called for an appointment and confirmed a mutually agreed time.  Mr. David Fernandes arrived promptly at the scheduled time.  We discussed the problem (leaking toilet tank) and he provided me an estimate of the time and materials necessary for the repair.  The estimated cost was very reasonable and I accepted. I was very pleased that he had all the required part on his truck. He completed the fix within an hour. 

I've lived in the house for 15 years.  Of the plumbers I've worked with over that time Mr. Fernandes is by far the best.  I very much appreciated his courtesy, professionalism and the quality of his work.

I have no hesitation about calling upon him for any future plumbing.  Integrity Plumbing is now my go-to company for any future plumbing.

The plumber arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and was very thorough. He examined all the pipes and found one broken pipe, which he advised would need repair. After our consent he proceeded to fix the pipe. This plumber was courteous and very professional. I would definitely hire this company again and would highly recommend them.

I called this morning and he came out this morning. It ended up being an easy fix. His estimate was half of what a previous company had quoted me. It was a very reasonable price to come out. Also, the water heater is 2.5 years old and I hadn't drained it yet. I asked him if he could drain it for me while he was there and he charged me only 10 extra dollars. He was great about understanding I wanted to feel comfortable to do it myself the next time, so he showed me how to do it. He put a sticker on my tank for the date and let me know when to do it again. I will be completely comfortable draining it myself in the future. He was pleasant, polite and professional.

His price was very reasonable for the installation of the water heater. He went above and beyond. He did excellent work.
