Been here a few times and in the past they were fairly expedient, but the last couple of times definitely took longer than quoted. Instead of an hour, it was an hour and a half. You're not able to make an appointment for just an oil change.
Nothing to complain about on the actually work done on the vehicle.
They provide transportation to nearby areas if needed.
