FLOORS TO GO

Initial contact was positive but downhill from there. Installation took much longer than expected. Days after carpet was installed entries to two rooms were fraying and not hooked properly and there were several snags. Entries were redone, snags clipped and sent for evaluation - we never got results. The runners were to be delivered within a few days. Unfortunately, we paid in full. It took numerous phone calls before they were delivered but only two arrived - not the stair runner. After numerous phone calls, broken promises and appointments, the runner arrived and was "installed" - it did not cover the bottom or top step! We complained and he promised to come back and piece in these two steps. After more phone calls and broken promises we sent a strong letter of complaint and he finally showed up. Start to finish - over 3 months! We still haven't received warranty info. requiring more phone calls. Don't use this Floors to Go dealer! Other Floors to Go may be good - but not this one!
