100% satisfied, would use again. The dispatcher was efficient and made sure to take down all of my information correctly. I had a short window and they came exactly at the time they said they would be at my house. The worker, Jim, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and was done with 7 locks in about 4 minutes. Price was exactly as quoted.

I called them around 8:20 AM. They gave me a quote. As they knew this was for house keys, he asked if I would like them to come right away. I said yes. They were done with the locks by 09:30 am.

Overall the service was great, I thought the price was pretty HIGH for the hardware and work done, but we were not charged for the first attempt, which I very much appreciate. The quote given for the rest of the work seemed high as well. But I would be willing to pay a little more for the service, and would recommend there services.

I called Fairfield Locks, because my bedroom door was locked. It takes a key to unlock it, and I called him at dawn and he showed up immediately. He unlocked the door, was professional, quick, and I have recommended him to other people, because he's quick. I know I can depend on him and if the need arises, I will use him again.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY QUICK TO RESPOND TO CALLS. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND HAD THE EXTRA KEY MADE ON THE SPOT.
