After the car dealership quoted $600 to repair my car's muffler I spoke to Richard at Dick's Muffler. He said he could probably fix it for $100 and made an appointment for about 1 hour later. I arrived at the agreed upon time and he immediately put my auto on the rack and commenced to cut out the original muffler. Unfortunately it is a one man shop and Richard has to also answer the phone and deal with customers who walk in. He still completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time.
