We ran into some problems with delivery dates (and amount of time). A reorder arrived but it was the wrong tile. They shipped a new order for us and it arrived broken, we next had to wait an extra week for our order to arrive, so our completion date kept slipping ,trying to get our last order of tile. While not all of this falls on Daltile's shoulders ,enough of it did add to the delay of completing our job.
