I also have rentals, and they would be the first persons I contacted if something heating or A/C went out.

D & K's estimate came in below a couple of others, and my mom's boyfriend had used them to install his A/C, so I went with them. I was very satisfied with the price I was quoted. The installers showed up when they said they would, and started work immediately. Unfortunately for them, my house has had a lot of amateur work done in the past, so things that should have been a breeze ended up being a lot of work. They did not charge me extra for any of the unexpected work they had to do, despite the job taking longer than they'd anticipated. They even stayed late to get it done! All the guys were friendly and respectful, and David (the owner) took the time to explain each step to me, and kept me informed. Also, he was never condescending to me, as some contractors have been (I'm female, and they tend to talk down to me). The heater works great, and they took the time to patch and clean everything before they left. I think the floors were cleaner when they left than when they got here! They also set it up so that it won't be too difficult to add A/C in the future (when my budget permits it). When I'm ready for A/C, I will definitely be calling David and his crew to set it up for me.

THEY REALLY DID A GOOD SERVICE FOR ME. I HAVE HAD MY AIR DUCTS CLEANED BEFORE, BUT THIS TIME MY HOUSE SMELLED, SO FRESH AND CLEAN. I WAS VERY HAPPY THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEY LEFT.
