Things were great!

Last September, 2018, I hired Complete Plumbing Services to install the system I bought. I did get estimates from other plumbers, some were too expensive, did not have the proper paperwork as required by the State of California, did not show up and I even got a quote from a plumber via text. When I called Complete Plumbing Services, the first thing I noticed that stuck out like a sore thumb (compared to other plumbers) is that after they gave me a written estimate, they provided me the documents required by the State of California. Their estimate was reasonable compared to other companies. After signing the estimate, an appointment was made. When they arrived, on time, they got right to work. They knew exactly what they were doing and communicating with each other making sure they were on the same page. When I told them I bought my own home water purification/softener system, they did not try to hard sell me into buying a system of their preference, something which I appreciated. They new exactly what to do installing my water purification system. I observed them reading the installation manual provided by the company I bought the system from. After that, they went to work. They wasted no time and informed me what they were doing every step of the installation process. They are punctual, courteous and professional. When they started working, they took no breaks which I noticed as it took several hours to complete the job. Two plumbers did the work and they communicated with each to ensure they were on the same page. They did a FANTASTIC job. Now I have great tasting water and thus far, the system works perfectly. They explained to me what to do in regards to turning off valves to the system and water entering the house before changing filters. Today, I changed one of two filters. I forgot exactly which valves to turn off. I gave them a call, initially my call went to their voicemail, however, within three minutes, they returned my call and they even remembered who I am. They directed me what to do while on the phone. With there help, I am once again drinking CLEAN water and it tastes great. Bedside their knowledge, professionalism, and hard work, I can’t say enough about their customer service skills. I am also impressed with their willingness to drive to my home, as I live several miles from their business location. There is no other company I will call should I need a plumber. Fantastic job on time on target with the estimate

Sal was on time and very professional. He wore shoe covers without being asked to protect our floors. He made a challenging faucet replacement look easy. Sal was friendly and courteous. When I have another plumbing challenge, I will look to Sal first.

We continue to hire Sal because he does good work.

Sal drove out of his way after work on a Friday evening to make sure he could come and fix our clogged toilet (paper towels.) He worked diligently to try and figure out where the clog was so he could drain it. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and had our toilet and plumbing running smooth again in no time. Great service! We highly recommend Sal for all your plumming needs!
