Mr. Hembree suggested outside treatment, sprayed two different types of mix for each of the focus pests and sprayed the yard. He did an okay job but unimpressive... no complaints, no problems. Just wasn't impressed.

We've worked with him for a long time and he's always available. We use him as needed. We don't have a contract with him, but he is ready when we need him. He's also very nice and friendly to work with.

We could not have expected better results. I saw him recently in trader Joes and he remembered my name and asked how everything was working. He said he'd be by to replace the baits and traps and remove the old ones as part of the 3 visits we paid for. Service is WAY above normal in our experience.

I was able to schedule an appointment within a couple days of calling Joe. He arrived on time - I found him to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in the extreme. He listened to my pest stories and recommended a treatment, which he was able to perform on the spot in about 20 minutes. The treatment came with a 30-day guarantee - Joe said to just give him a call if I had any additional problems. I felt the price was fair, and the service provided was just what I asked for. I highly recommend this company.

He uses botanical products called IC2 from EcoSmart and is one of the only eco-wise companies in the area. I like him because he does sanitation, baiting and other environmentally friendly pest control strategies first, only using chemicals as a last resort. He will come on Sundays. He was very respectful of my property and understood how important it is to me to have products that are safe for me and for my dog. After his initial visit, he charges $45 for a monthly revisit.
