Problem had bedeviled us for the past 1-1/2 winter seasons, to the point that, after two other companies had failed to remedy the problem, we had all but given up on having a heater we DIDN'T have to light every time (i.e., several times a day) with a butane match. Looked for a Carrier-specific servicing dealer on the Carrier Web site and found Allen Simmons. Service tech Jason fixed a problem on our Carrier unit that had bewildered the other two HVAC companies, including inadequate gas pressure and below-factory-standard blower speed.
