Jenifer came up with some really unique methods of structuring the loans; ones which we would never have thought of and were not mentioned by other brokers. She also was very thorough in her explanations of the tax consequences of each of our choices. She attended the signing at the title company. On the minus side there was a paperwork error which cost us some money in the short run. However, reworking the loan would have cost a lot in the long run. She gave us a credit for most of the cost of the mistake.
