+ -1 moreShowed up late to the home consult, not prepared and without his draftsmen. Walked the job, took my plans to develop a more concrete proposal. Happily took my $150 consult fee, even though he didn't consult and was to add no future value. Took over two weeks to "not" develop the proposal and ended up just saying they "could maybe" do it for $5000. I laughed and said I wanted my plans back. A week later I was finally able to pickup my plans and move on.. Unprepared, unprofessional, and untimely.
Description of Work: Did an initial consult on a home remodel and took plans to develop a proposal.
