He pays attention to detail and his paint lines between the wall and trim are impeccable. He made sure to mark (with blue painters tape) spots requiring touch-up. He uses good quality paint from Kelly Moore, and he offers great recommendations if you are having trouble picking colors. I would definitely hire Neil again. We felt comfortable giving him a key to our house to paint while we were at work.
