KDC CONSTRUCTION

We had problems with everything this contractor and his sub's did. The plumber ran all the copper piping and sewer lines incorrectly so he had to redo everything. He reversed the in/out lines on our water softener which caused the softener resin granules to be pumped throughout all our plumbing in the house. A plumber had to be called to flush all of our lines. This scenario went on for two months. We had to tell him how to properly install field fencing with pulley's etc. Two trees for the new fence were cut down and are still laying in my neighbors yard. The walls in one bedroom were textured but he neglected to primer them as he was paid to do so all the paint just peeled off. The inserts were not installed for the recessed lights. The proper window screens were not installed. The seams of the siding were not properly caulked. The line for the icemaker is leaking. The majority of the items left undone we've been told by the contractor to repair and/or install ourselves.
