The company owner, Rocky, takes the time to be present at every inspection to make sure the job is up to our high standards. We treat every client like family because we know that situations like these are difficult, and we wish to make them as painless as possible. Our team also provides 24/7 disaster restoration services because we know that floods and fires don’t wait for business hours, so we don’t either. We answer your calls, any time of day or night, and are happy to answer whatever questions you have.

If you have any mold issues, Rocky and his team are the best people to call. As a homeowner, landlord, and real estate Broker, Rocky will always be the person I call for mold issues and restoration issues. He was quick to respond, professional, and very timely. Rocky was very professional and so easy to work with. I had a mold infestation in my home and my air ducts and it caused me to be sick for a very long time because I was unaware. His team came to my home and completed the project on time and within budget. I am now back home and already feeling better. He didnâ  t just give my home back to me. He gave my health back to me. Itâ  s truly amazing. I would recommend his company to anyone that needs his services.

I feel like I hit the jackpot when I met Rocky. I was in the process of clearing my motherâ s house after her passing and found mold. Rocky responded to my call quickly and was able to inspect the room the same day. I am from out of town so he and his team worked really hard to complete the job before I had to leave. When you hear you have a mold issue in your home, it is scary, intimidating, and anxiety-inducing. Rocky Jordan (owner) and his team are trustworthy, local, efficient, responsive, informative, and supportive. Rocky personally walked me through from beginning to end, and his team did not end their work until I was 100% satisfied. Their work is impeccable. If you know of anyone in the Sacramento area who is needing mold remediation work, refer them to Jordan Restoration. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I am so glad I hired Jordan Restoration for my mold remediation. Rocky is awesome! You can easily see that he loves what he does. I was so impressed with his work ethic and his ability to put my interests first, even at an extra cost to his company. In the end, he ended up even charging me less the amount we initially agreed on, even though his team did more work than anticipated. Wow, who does things like that!?! Thank you Jordan Restoration for going above and beyond in order to leave me with such a pleasant experience with remediation of mold (out of all things)!

Rocky was great! We had so much mold in a house we bought that he was at our home several time. But he was always fast and did a thorough job. If we ever called about more mold he was there within a day to check it out. He is highly professional. I would highly recommend this company!

Rocky and Jillian clearly knew what they were doing and were very respectful of my property and of my tenants half of the duplex which they also tested. Rocky dropped the test kits off that evening and had contacted me with results the following evening. I would highly recommend my friends and family for any of the many services that their business offers. 5 stars!
