installation went well

Neal did a great job--he installed white verticals with a ribbed pattern on our patio doors (we have 3--one "regular" size and two very large doors).  He also installed white faux wood blinds on our 2nd bedroom window.  They all look wonderful and we're extremely satisfied.

Mr. Draper is prompt, neat, helpful, very professional, honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy. He goes the extra mile and honors his warranty very well.

There was a problem because the manufacturer did not include the window returns. He had to get them from the manufacturer and then come to my house to install them. He also had to re-install the blinds because of the returns.

Neal was outstanding in every way. Very prompt in responding to my call. I felt very lucky that he was willing to repair my blind, even though his is not technically a "repair" business. He picked up my blind, repaired it, brought it back and installed it. Both appointments were made and kept impeccably and the repair was well done.

Neal is a God! He was so wonderful, he's a great guy and really knows how to run his business. Being self-employed for over 30 yrs, I'm well aware of how to run a business and so does Neal. He promptly returned my call, showed up the next day "on time", assessed the problems, fixed the minor ones, straightened out some slats, told me that he probably had a used blind that would be perfect and save me some money. He called the next came, came out and installed it and it was beautiful...you couldn't tell that any of it was used. I would highly recommend Neal and only wished I had more things that I could buy from him. :)

He knows his stuff. He's also been in the business along time and it shows! He knows what to do and how to do it. He is a very knowledgeable man.

I could not have been more pleased with the entire experience. Neal gave a specific appointment time (not the typical "between 10:00am and 1:00pm), and he was on time. He brought lots of samples and explained the pros and cons of each. He measured all the windows and provided me with an on-site estimate (unlike another company who had to bring the measurements back to the shop and turn me over to an office worker who had a backlog of quotes to generate). His estimate was nearly $2K less than the next lowest supplier. Neal also provided free installation which he did himself. Budget Blinds also provides a free lifetime manufacturer's warranty and a free lifetime service guarantee which means that as long as I am in the house any blind that breaks will be replaced free of charge, no questions asked. Neal was professional, neatly dressed even for installation, and accommodating of my schedule. I recommend him highly.

Neal returned my call promptly. He was very pleasant. We set up an appointment to take measurements. He talked about selection and durability. I ordered blinds. The order was in a timely manner. He called to set up an installation time. He did an excellent job installing the blinds, and they look great.

THIS COMPANY CAME OUT AND DID EVERYTHING THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEY HAD EVERYTHING DONE IN A QUICK MANNER. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED.
