See above description--the office staff has yet to call us back, and this is just one of many times in the past year+.

Belinda's does routine cleaning but also special cleanings. It also does opening and closing cleaning of homes. Because I have had the same person for so long, she has the keys to my house. I trust her and I feel that she is like a member of the family. Belinda's has raised its rates over time but they have been reasonable and affordable.

I have had the same person for a really long time. She is very good and thorough. If I am not home and need repair work done, she can do it. They do special jobs and work efficiently. They feel like family. They are flexible with trying to accommodate my needs. They are competitively priced.

I have used them for many years, probably at least 10 years. I find that they are pretty reliable. I have had a couple of things that I didn't like that much, but for the most part they work with me. The person who they send out has been coming on a regular basis now, which I really like.
