"The paint job at [member name removed] home went well untill after she signed for a color and 2 days later wanted a awful baby blue color for the outside of her home ,I refused to repaint it free, (the new color she wanted), ,also there were area that needed scraping that we decovered after the home dryed in February, which I offered and started to resolve the area that concerned her but she stop us from finishing the job . She was completly unreasonable, she wanted revenge and to go public, so I returned her money of $1795 , and she had it repainted for $5300 a month later .( that unsightly baby blue) , This is her MO , which she did to a electrican also .I tryed my best to resolve her issues but she was total unreasonable ., I been painting home for 25 year and have painted over 2000 outside homes and over 1800 inside homes as a professional painter , and never never came across a customer like [member name removed],"
