A Step Above

Terry was very prompt and showed up when he said he would.  He completed all work competently and cleaned up after himself.  He was courteous and polite.  Terry was referred to me after I had hired a company from Angie's List by purchasing an Angie Deal.  That plumber was hired to replace the main shut off valve at the house but failed to show up on the day he said he would and when he did show up I received a poor job that Terry will be re-doing and I received just what I had paid for - not what I was promised.  The Angie's Deal was $79 for $200 worth of work and I received $79 worth of work.  Terry looked at the job and said they had used the wrong materials and had not completed the main shut off valve to the house and rather had connected PVC pipe to an irrigation drip line or about $20 in parts. I have been very happy with Terry as he has completed all replacements in a timely manner and I will be using him to complete many more tasks.  Terry also does property maintenance, landscaping, sprinkler installation and repair, Fence repair, painting, as well as plumbing and trim carpentry.
